Hi, I'm Gabriela.

I'm a counsellor working online with adults across British Columbia, through different stages of life, relationships, and parenting.

One of the things you'll probably notice about me is that I don't rush to conclusions. I like to slow things down, understand the lens through which you are experiencing your world, and notice the patterns or connections that can be difficult to see from inside them.

Sometimes that means listening to what your body is communicating. Sometimes it means exploring what an old way of protecting yourself is still trying to do for you today. And sometimes it means staying with something a little longer before deciding what needs to change.

I don't think awareness is the destination. I think it is where practising something new can begin.

My hope is that this website gives you a small sense of who I am before we ever meet. If it feels like a place where you could arrive just as you are, I'd be honoured to meet you there.
